IN THE BEGINNING ...

Nathan and I were high school sweethearts 26 years ago. We parted ways after four years of dating. We reconnected via Facebook 26 yrs later. We have three failed marriages between us, seven kids and a granddaughter. I always knew he was the one for me.

LEADING UP TO THE BIG DAY ...

We were married 12 months after reconnecting. Our wedding was simple and romantic. I loved my plain yet elegant dress. After discovering GATHER flowers, I was sold on the beautiful preserved bouquets. Keep it simple and marry your soul mate ❤️

ON THE DAY ...

We married at Panorama House. We only had 50 of our family and friends attend. Our wedding was a celebration of our journey and finally finding our way home. My mother in law said she always knew I would be her DIL one day and today is that day 😘

ON REFLECTION ...

I would not change a thing about my wedding. I’m exactly where I’m meant to be. Always work hard at keeping your soul mate close. I’m lucky I’ve had this second chance of being united with my soul mate.

LOOKING FORWARD ...

I wish we had stayed together all those years ago. Feel I lost 26 years with this wonderful man. We will cherish our time together and make up for all our lost time we could have been together. I’m right where I want to be xx
